Designed as a stand-alone interactive course, as well as a prerequisite to facilitated learning, to give employees an understanding of unconscious bias and its impact on how we work together, including what it is, why it’s important to understand and manage, and strategies to minimize it. This was part of an initiative to achieve a more positive and inclusive company culture.
